Meditation Ritual Kit

A gift for sitting still. Meditation asks very little, but a small ritual makes it far easier to begin. Light the incense, mist the space, rest the eye pillow over your eyes, and the session starts itself.

Four pieces, three of which you choose, presented in a Spritz Wellness gift box and ready to give. A considered present for anyone who meditates, or anyone who keeps meaning to.

Choose Your Incense

Hand-dipped in the UK using top-quality aroma oils. Ten sticks in a glass tube, each burning for up to 60 minutes.

• Moroccan Rose
A classic, rich floral. Rose buds, orange blossom and citrus, softening into geranium, patchouli, jasmine and lily, over a warming base of cedarwood, sandalwood, musk and vetiver.
• Palo Santo
Fresh, woody and quietly nostalgic. Citrus, lemon, mint and blackcurrant, deepening into patchouli at the heart, over a woody base of cedar and balsam.

Choose Your Mat Spray

All four are alcohol free, made with pure essential oils, 50ml.

• Clarity
Lemongrass, bergamot, sandalwood and vetivert. Warm and grounding, and the natural partner to a sitting practice.
• Relax
Lavender and tea tree. Soft and soothing, for evening meditation and winding down.
• Focus
Peppermint, lemon and rosemary. Sharp and motivating, to clear mental fog before you sit.
• Energise
Lemongrass and tea tree. Fresh and uplifting, for a morning practice.

Choose Your Eye Pillow Print

Nine aromatherapy eye pillow prints to choose from: Strawberry Thief Grey, Strawberry Thief Green, Strawberry Thief Spring, Hera Brown, Hera Blue, Caesar Blue, Caesar Black, Stars, and Soft Grey in plain cotton rather than Liberty print.

How to Use It

Set the space. Light the incense, let the flame catch, then blow it out gently so the tip is left glowing. Rest it on the ceramic holder on a heatproof surface.

Settle in. Mist your mat, cushion or chair with the yoga mat spray, then sit and let the scent mark the start of the session.

Close your eyes. Lie back with the eye pillow over your eyes for the last few minutes, or for a longer rest afterwards. The weight blocks out light and releases tension around the eyes and forehead.

What's Included

• Luxury Incense, in your chosen scent
Ten hand-dipped sticks in a glass tube, burning for up to 60 minutes each. Made in the UK.
• White Ceramic Incense Holder, included with every kit
A round ceramic plate, 60mm, made to hold one stick and catch the ash as it burns. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Aromatherapy Eye Pillow, in your chosen print
Filled with dried lavender and chamomile and gently weighted with buckwheat hulls and linseed, it softly contours to the eyes to block out light and release tension. The removable, washable cover is Liberty Tana Lawn cotton. 28cm x 15cm, and can be used warm or chilled.
• Yoga Mat Spray (50ml), in your chosen scent
A mist that cleanses your mat, cushion and props while setting the tone for the session. Alcohol free and made with pure essential oils.

Our photographs show one combination. Yours arrives in the incense, mat spray and print you select above.

Care & Safety

• Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
• Always use the holder on a heatproof surface. Not all ash will be caught.
• Burn in a ventilated room, and do not burn near curtains, bedding or soft furnishings.
• Wash the eye pillow outer cover only; do not wash the inner pillow.
• Avoid misting the spray directly onto naked flames. For external use only, and avoid contact with eyes.
