Why Alcohol Free Matters

Most pillow sprays use alcohol or ethanol as the carrier, because it is cheap and it dries fast. It also smells sharp on the first spray and can leave bedding feeling dry.

Our Sleep Atmosphere Mist is alcohol and ethanol free. Nothing but water and pure essential oils, so what you smell at the pillow is lavender and chamomile rather than solvent. It is the thing people notice first, and the reason many of them do not go back.

Every print is Liberty ultra-fine Tana Lawn cotton apart from the Soft Grey, which is plain cotton. All of them are removable and washable.

  Filled with dried lavender and chamomile and gently weighted with buckwheat hulls and linseed, it softly contours to the eyes and forehead to fully block out light and release tension. The removable, washable cover is Liberty ultra-fine Tana Lawn cotton, a soft yet durable fabric with a silk-like feel. 28cm x 15cm, and can be used warm or chilled. Suits sleep, meditation, relaxation and travel.
• Sleep Atmosphere Mist, in your chosen size
  A soothing blend of lavender, mandarin, ravensara and chamomile, created to quiet the mind and prepare the body for rest. Alcohol and ethanol free. Key elements: aqua, lavender, mandarin, ravensara, chamomile.

How to Use It

A few minutes before bed. Shake the mist gently, then spritz your pillow and bedding, and into the air around the bed. Give it a moment to settle rather than lying straight down on a damp pillow.

Lights out. Rest the eye pillow over your eyes. The gentle weight blocks out light completely and releases tension around the eyes and forehead, which is where most people hold the day.

Warm or chilled. Warm it briefly on a radiator for a comforting weight on cold nights, or chill it in the fridge for tired eyes, headaches and hot evenings.
