Four pillars to create mental clarity

Its easy to find yourself out of balance. Busy with work, children and family.  When things feel difficult or you find yourself overwhelmed check in with the following as a way to bring yourself back into equilibrium. A place where you can sense clarity in your life. Where you can respond to situations mindfully. 

 

Are you moving your body daily? Walking, running or a gentle yoga practice. 


Are you getting enough sleep? Waking at the same time every day and creating a consistent sleep routine is critical for brain and body function. 

 

Are you eating the rainbow? Try to incorporate colour and variety into your diet. 

 

Noting beats good social interaction to feed the mind and soul.
