Summer Skin Bliss: The Ultimate Guide to Exfoliating with Sugar Scrubs

Exfoliating during the summer is essential to maintain smooth, glowing skin, especially after exposure to the sun, sweat, and environmental elements. Here are some tips for effectively using sugar scrubs and exfoliating body scrubs in the summer:

 



Sugar Scrubs are ideal for gentle exfoliation. Sugar granules dissolve easily, making them less abrasive.

 



Prep your skin:


Exfoliate on damp skin, ideally after a short shower or bath to soften the skin.

Use lukewarm water to avoid stripping your skin of natural oils.

Apply the scrub in circular motions, using gentle pressure to avoid irritation.

Pay extra attention to elbows, knees, feet, and any other rough patches.
