3 step morning routine

Start your day right.

Set yourself up for a productive day with three simple steps.

Mindfulness - This can include 5 minutes of meditation or breath work exercises. Or take some time to journal your thoughts. Try setting an intention for your day. 

Movement - Anything that gets your body moving. Such as a gentle walk, slow flow yoga or a more active movements such as a hit class or running.

Mindset - Get yourself in the right frame of mind. Make a to do list for the day of two things you would like to accomplish. Read your favorite quote. Listen to a podcast while you make breakfast and brush your teeth.
